What we offer

Each new member is given a domain of their choosing if they previously did not have one. The domain is of the member’s choosing and can be a .com or .net.
The domain is renewed each year at no cost to the member, though donations are always encouraged during domain renewal season. In order to help with the transition, The Network will financially sponsor small advertising campaigns in order to help draw new readers for your comic.

Space and Management

Your comics will be given as much space as needed to keep the comic site operational and for promotional materials. The Network also provides limited space and support for moving over or building a portfolio for your needs. Ftp access is given to creators for uploading new content for their comic’s use. The main comic site is maintained through the Network’s own PHP comic management system: Istrip.
ISTRIP FEATURES:

# Automated updating: Just pick the strip file on your hard drive and go. No messing around with FTP or HTML files

# Preset strip/news dates: Going out of town on the day you need to update? Upload the strip beforehand and set it to display on the future date you want.

# Set Strip to Past dates: Forgot to insert a cover for a chapter? You can upload a strip to any non taken past date.

# Strip management: Add new strips, change titles, change strip files or delete strips from the web control panel

# News management: Add news item to a strip, change news item contents, change news item title or delete news items from the web control panel

# News item HTML editor: JavaScript based editing built in to ease in the editing of news items

# Web configuration: Configure all kinds of iStrip parameters from the web control panel

# Status reports: Full status reports on all actions displayed so you can see how successful the last operation was.

# Comment per strip: Each strip can be individually commented on; comments are manageable from the admin panel. Where the user’s IP, URL/EMAIL, and COMMENT are displayed.

# IP-Banning: Choose to have an offender banned entirely from the site or just from posting comments by having their ip redirected to an editable banned notification page.

# Multiple News Posts: Each author has their own modular news post
- example: you can chose to have the writer’s new on the main page and the artist’s on the comic page and such.

# Built in Gallery system: Manage multiple galleries for fanart, guest strips,sketches,etc.

# Auto-Generated custom font titles: Display any line of text on your site in any font you want.

The Network was created to help talented creators with both the technical and financial aspects of publishing their comic on the internet.
So in keeping with our mission, we do no impose any graphic banners or advertisements other than a link back to the Network site in the footer of your comic’s site.

Our Stats

The Network currently helps maintain a collective of 70,000 unique daily readers while also serving over 90,000 pageviews a day.
The sites are operated off of a DREAMHOST VPS server with over 7TB of monthly bandwidth and up to 1gb of reserved ram for site operations.
