For whatever inexplicable reason Ranu, Narini, Orson and Dart are in Cheeko's living room getting ready to play Rock Star on her Wii.

Ranu: Okay, I'm on lead guitar, Mom will be doing vocals, Orson will be playing bass...

Orson: I hate playing bass.

Ranu: We need a bass player to make a full set.

Orson: Fine then. This is me. Playing my bass. The same note. Over and over and over...

Dart: I wanna play lead guitar!

Narini: Dart, it's Ranu's turn.

Dart: I wanna play lead guitar.

Ranu: How are you supposed to play the guitar wearing those gloves?

Dart: I WANNA PLAY LEAD GUITAR!

Narini: But Dart, you'll like the drums.

Dart: Why should I?

Narini: Because, you get to hit them with wooden sticks, over and over and over...

Dart (eyes growing bright): DRUM SOLO! DRUM SOLO!

Orson: Down, Animal! Down!

Ranu (sighs): I'll see if we've got any Phil Collins on this disc...

and he neverreally left. til this day I believe any and all recordings he does involves the Genesis gang at some point or other. unlike Sting who completely abandoned The Police, Collins still has ties with his old group.

How dare you talk about Sting like that! He is a rock-god!

I love Sting just as much as the next music lover. but it's true. Sting left the Police completely (and I believe he once mentioned that he regretted doing so) while Phill Collins stayed with his gang even when his name went solo.

Maybe I should leave this conversation before someone burns me at the stake.
