I think my pages are just slowly getting worse. Sure, they may be packed with awesome Photoshop filters and effects, but look at those terrible speech bubbles. And what's up with Captain's tiny arm in the last panel?
Horrible, I tell you. Horrible. I will do better, I promise.

I do sort of see what you mean about the bad speech bubbles, but your overall art has improved dramatically since you started 1Q, and even in just the last 10-15 pages. I know you said that you aren't fishing for compliments, but a compliment fish just climbed into your boat anyway.

Hmmm... right now? I'm taking Poster Design and Intermediate Typography. I've got two other classes, but they don't relate directly to my major. In Poster Design we're finishing up our entries for an ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union: Restore America) competition and in my Type class we're wrapping up our designs for an online company called Naked Decor, in which we were assigned to create a logo for the company, as well as design a business card, an envelope and stationary around it. I went with a flower with the text wrapping around its base very much like leaves. I'm not too pleased with the logo itself, but the designs for everything else came out better than I expected.


That's the goal with these last few pages. When he first arrived on the scene nobody seemed to like him much (as I'm Sure you realize), so I'm hoping to change that.

Ahh I see, okay thank. It’s just that I’m asking around to anyone who’s in Graphic Design right now cause I’m thinking about that for a major. I’m going to be picking out a college in less then half a year so I’d like to know where I want to go and what I’d like to be learning.

Well, you've still got plenty of time to decide what you want to study. Most colleges require a declaration of major by the second month of your sophomore year. The thing about Graphic Design is that you spend 90% of your time on a computer, so think about how long you can stand staring at a monitor before you wish your head could explode.

Poor Cap'n, no one likes those officious and diligent types. But don't worry, I always found you fascinating! XD If after all this effort people still don't like him, I'm liable to give up the audience as a lost cause. XD

I think I can handle 90 % staring at monitor time. I practically do it already . . . which might not be too good right now. XD

I don't really mind the Captain right now. . . I'm still pretty indifferent about him. Hopefully, after a few more chapters, I can make up my mind.
