you mean crew?I was on crew for a season and it was really hard to learn and even when I knew what to do it was still difficult! also once during a race, the kid rowing in front of me caught a crab (his oar got caught in the water which is bad when the boat is still moving very fast) because he was not paying attention and not rowing in time with everyone.. his oar popped out of the oarlock and almost hit me in the face. He was a dumbass. I was in really good shape after the season though from all the rowing.
But yeah ontopiccccccc...rowing machines are really good for exercise if you do them right. : D
